介紹
A chemical-mediated highly sensitive HotStart DNA polymerase
Activated after heating, greatly reduces non-specific amplification at the room temperature
Premix version is simple & time-saving, less contamination and convenient.
2× concentrated ready to use premix (including HotStart DNA polymerase, dNTPs, optimized buffers, and loading dye (optional)).
The only step of premix version is to add DNA template and primers into the reaction mix.
